Welcome Home to Washington Estates
You've come to the right place - you no longer have to worry about whether you and your dog/cat will feel at home.

Pet requirements
Pets are not allowed without prior written permission and a signed pet agreement with the management.
Management may deny permission in its reasonable discretion.
Visitors cannot bring animals on the premises.
Dogs and cats require a pet deposit and monthly pet fee. The deposit is $400.00 non-refundable and monthly fee is $50 per animal.
 
Cats: Maximum two cats. Must be declawed and spayed/neutered.
Dogs: Maximum one dog. Must be housebroken, at least one year old (no puppies) and weigh no more than 20 pounds.
Fish: Maximum one aquarium, up to 54 gallons. Renters insurance required. Not allowed in below grade apartments.
Birds: Maximum two birds. Must be caged.
 
No reptiles, rodents (ferrets, rabbits, mice, rats, etc.) or exotic animals allowed.
